A BSNAL SAGA

I have been a BSNL broadband customer for the last two years or so. First, my plan was the limited one, which offers free download after 12 a.m. The authorities were the sharpest as they collected a FIVE DIGIT sum as fine (twice) for downloading 4-5 less than 1 GB files. The reason cited was that I had logged in seconds before the 12 a.m line of control. Also do consider a five digit sum is more than enough for a high speed unlimited 3G connection for more than an year. And that was how I switched over to the unlimited package which offers 512 mb/sec.

It is and is my privilege to say that the unlimited connectivity BSNL provided me at a cost of rs.750 /month was nothing other than total BULLSHIT (sorry my vocabulary is so weak that I can’t site a better word). To sight a simple example, I have been trying to mail a set of 7 small photographs since last two weeks and I could complete it just yesterday. Thanks to the splendid service you have been providing. To add on this excellent service is being maintained after regular cable checkups. Have heard of police criminal registers were the culprit has to sign the register weekly or daily which is kept in the police station. Comparing it with the BSNL register, I guess I am more regular and I sure will have a nice nostalgic story to dictate once I say good bye to those office visits.

Enough is enough. I sure am expecting a BILL again this month as usual for the mind-blowing connectivity in which the DSL holds no more than one minute continuously (that too on special moments chosen by don’t know who, you bet I have made several offerings to Thiruvullakavu Sasthav, Aattukallammachi and Barananganam Palli just to get 5 minutes regular internet connection after paying 750/month).

To conclude I got a better business offer for BSNL. Better sell the modems in decoration light market as the constantly blinking dsl multi lights can sure make a good space in decoration market! Well I don’t want to lengthen stating the thousands of examples I can state as the above one or the number of professional hours I have lost with your excellence.
